These very special velvet dresses have all been created using the scrap fabric bits left over from the production of the CP Shades brand. After cutting a garment, there is generally a lot of left over fabric scrap that generally get discarded. CP Shades is consciously recycling these scraps by passing them along to be used for other creations!
